  • Annual Winter Tree I.D.

    This winter-time favorite is back, bringing us around the bundles, using our loupes and generally having fun in the wonderment of trees!

    The morning segment is indoors then we’ll take our skills to the field, where we’ll walk a couple of miles, sleuthing out the species that catch our eyes. BYOLs (lunch and loupe)!

  • Revere 9

    Our series finale’ is where the life of the Tanase enjoys one-last stretch of relatively wild sovereignty. Along “Horseshoe Bend” the river is wide and is sometimes difficult to navigate, due to it’s shallow expanse here, but it is at it’s most wildflower-rich (with some small and fun rapids) before the dam’s effects are glaringly apparent. A spray skirt is useful but not essential.

    This expedition requires full mobility and mountain river paddling experience is prerequisite.

  • Boating with Bartram

    Paddle your way along the Bartram trail very near the exact route William Bartram took as he made his way north on the famous Bartram Trail.

    Hickory Knoll Rd to Little TN Greenway.

    $65 for full outfit and shuttle
